Telephone Town Hall Meeting

Meeting Date: January 17, 2022

U.S. Congressional candidate and decorated Army combat veteran Erik Aadland spoke to more than 11,000 people Thursday evening during a Telephone Town Hall Meeting. The number one question on people’s minds was immigration.

Aadland, who announced his candidacy in late December, is running for the Congressional District 7 seat currently held by Congressman Ed Perlmutter. Perlmutter has announced that he will not run for re-election.

During the one-hour town hall, Aadland fielded questions regarding marijuana laws, the economy, the botched withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan and why he is running for Congress. Crime and public safety were also heavy on the minds of listeners.
