Today, Erik Aadland, CD7 Republican candidate for Congress, announces a formal endorsement from United States Representative, Ken Buck.
In 2004, Ken Buck was elected Weld County District Attorney and was subsequently re-elected twice more. After a successful legal career in Weld County, Buck is currently serving his fourth term in the United States House of Representatives, representing Colorado Congressional District 4. Buck serves as both a Ranking Member and Committeeman on numerous House committees.
In a statement sent to the Aadland campaign, Congressman Buck stated:
“I am proud to endorse Erik Aadland for Colorado’s 7th District. Both Erik and my son graduated from West Point. I know what excellent leaders the Academy produces—men of honor and character who are tested and true to our great country. Furthermore, Erik’s knowledge and experience in the energy sector will assist Congress greatly in bringing America back to energy independence with safe and responsible development of our natural resources. Erik will be a vital addition to Colorado’s Congressional delegation: ready to reenergize the economy, fight back against rampant crime, and oppose radical social agendas.”
